If you have transferred a ticket to a wrong email address and the ticket is still showing in your pending transfers, you can update the email address without cancelling the transfer. Simply tap on “Change the email address” and then enter the correct email address of the recipient. See below screen shots:
Alternatively, you can cancel the pending transfer and then transfer the ticket again to the correct email address.
