How can I delete my account and all data related to it from the UEFA Mobile Tickets app?

To delete your account, and all personal data related to it, from the UEFA Mobile Tickets app, please click on the link below:

Make sure to select MOBILE APP DATA DELETION.

Your account will then be deleted in the UEFA Mobile Tickets app, and all data related to it will be anonymised. However, the personal data related to your mobile tickets – whether kept or transferred – will be retained in a separate database as long as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Notification.

Please note that if you have mobile tickets for one of UEFA’s upcoming matches, it is not possible to delete your account.
