Below steps instruct what to do if you are registered in the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and would like to adjust your subscription preferences:

Open the UEFA Mobile Tickets app (iOS / Android)

Tap on “More” in the bottom right corner

Select “My personal details”

Turn off the button indicated below and click on "Save"
Important: please note that the preferences indicated by you in the UEFA Mobile Tickets app do not apply to the Communication Preferences in your UEFA.com account, that can be adjusted here.
