Once you have been notified that your mobile ticket(s) are available for download, you will need to install the “UEFA Mobile Tickets” app, which is available here:
You will then be asked to perform these steps to download and access your mobile tickets:

Log In: Use the email address associated with your ticket purchase on UEFA.com/tickets or the email address to which the tickets were transferred.

Enter Registration Code: You will receive a registration code via email. Enter this code to complete the login process.

Registration: Fill your personal details.

View Tickets: Your tickets should be displayed in the app.
On the day of the match, you will need to:

have your phone charged
-
have your Bluetooth on

make sure that the date and time are set to local time (i.e.: the time zone where the match is taking place)

show your phone, with the application opened, at the stadium entrance
