Yes, you can cancel the transfer of a ticket if it shows under “Pending Transfers” in the app, i.e.: if it has not yet been successfully received by the recipient.
The recipient will receive the ticket when they log in to the app. Once this happens, it will no longer be possible to cancel the ticket transfer.
If you accidentally sent the ticket to the wrong email address and the transfer shows as “pending”, you can cancel the ticket transfer and then resend the ticket to the correct email address.
