Yes, you can cancel the transfer of a ticket if it shows under “Pending Transfers” in the app, i.e.: if it has not yet been successfully received by the recipient.
If the guest has already successfully logged in to the app and the ticket has been downloaded, it will no longer be possible to cancel the ticket transfer.
If you accidentally sent the ticket to the wrong email address and the transfer shows as “pending”, you can simply edit the recipient’s email address. Click here for instructions.
