If you have tickets on your phone with seats that are in different locations within the stadium, you and your guest will need to enter the stadium through different gates.
If you keep the tickets on your phone, you will not be able to use your tickets.
How to solve the issue?
The initial recipient should transfer to the guest the ticket which is in a different location by clicking on “Transfer my tickets”. The guest will receive an e-mail inviting them to download the app and receive their ticket. This will allow the guest to enter the stadium using their ticket on their own phone.
